What are the shipping rates?

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the handmade nature of our Tea Pets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at collab@uprimeglobal.com and provide photographs of the item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded before processing or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All orders include free shipping.

What if my item is damaged?

Please email us at collab@uprimeglobal.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the package.
