Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all Tea Pet (Tea Companion) sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

Any subjective reasons unrelated to product quality

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our Tea Pets. However, damage may occasionally occur during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Requests submitted without supporting photographs may not be eligible for compensation.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved due to a confirmed damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
